Founder/Chief Executive Officer

In 1961, Karl Clemmey started his long and prosperous business in Mansfield, Ma. When he started he had himself, a small auto shop, and big dreams. In 1967, Karl moved his business to North Main St. in Mansfield and expanded into the towing business for both the local and State police. He also started to purchase land around town. In 1970, Karl moved his business to 64 Copeland Drive and further expands into the auto reclamation and parts business along with sales, service, and towing. He would later develop this site into what is now Wendy's. In 1973, Karl incorporates and forms Clemmey Inc. In 1974, Karl again moves his operation to 390 West St. where he continued to grow his auto business including auto body and auto sales and expanding his towing business. Karl continues to acquire property and looks to the future. In the late 1990s, Karl develops land on Cobb St. into Willow Crossing, a premier retirement community. In 2003 Karl decides to develop the West St. land into what is now Erin’s Center shopping plaza. While he closes his large auto reclamation, parts and sales business, Karl continues to be involved in the automobile business, particularly his love of antique automobiles.

Early in his career Karl Clemmey realized that Land had more value than almost any other commodity. Throughout his life, Karl has continued to acquire key pieces of Real Estate. More than 50 years later, Karl has become an expert in Automobiles,  Land acquisition, Appraisals, Wetlands, Zoning, and Development.
